SG700 Stack Gas Analyzer

The SG700 Stack Gas Analyzer consists of a non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer using a highly sensitive and stable double beam system and a zirconia or paramagnetic oxygen analyzer. It can simultaneously measure up to 5 components: NOx, SO2, CO2, CO, and O2.

The use of interference compensation in the analyzing section virtually eliminates the effects of interference from other components. The SG700 features many functions including autocalibration, conversion to O2-based values, averaging, and high/low alarms. It is used for measuring and monitoring emissions from various types of boilers and waste incinerators.

Features

* Simultaneously measure up to five gas components:
* Minimize interaction between gases
* Reliable zirconia oxygen analyzer
* A wealth of functions, including self-diagnostic functions which enhance reliability
* Wide dynamic range

IR400 Infrared Gas Analyzer

The IR400 infrared gas analyzer is capable of measuring the concentrations of NO, SO2, CO2, CO, CH4 and O2 components in sample gas. NO, SO2, CO, CO and CH4 are measured by the nondispersion infrared method (NDIR), while O2 is measured by the built-in type paramagnetic method sensor or an external mount-type zirconia method sensor. A maximum of 5 components including O2 (max. 4 components except for O2 measurement) are simultaneously measurable.

The mass flow type twin detector of high sensitivity and reliability adopted in the infrared ray method detection unit makes the measurement hardly affected by interfering components. In addition, the IR400 includes a microprocessor and has a large-size liquid crystal display, iproviding easy operation, high accuracy and multiple functions.

Features

* Simultaneous and continuous measurement of up to 5 components including O2 and 4 components selected from among NO, SO2, CO, CO2, and CH4.
* The mass flow type twin detector of high sensitivity and reliability minimizes interference from other gas components, ensuring excellent stability.
* Incorporating O2 correction, average value computing, automatic calibration, one touch calibration, upper/lower limit alarm, remote measurement range changeover, range identification signal output, etc., the analyzer accommodates different application requirements.
* Large LCD provides clear indications of all measured components and computed values and easy interactive operation.
* Unitized construction of the main body on the 19-inch rack and of the signal input/output terminal module allows easy configuration of a gas analyzer system.
* A maximum range ratio of 1:25 is achieved.

Applications

1. Measurement system for combustion exhaust gas from refuse incinerator and boiler
2. Gas from various types of industrial furnaces

IR200 Universal Infrared Gas Analyzer

Product Information

The IR200 infrared gas analyzer is capable of measuring the concentrations of CO2, CO, CH4, SO2, NO and O2 components in sample gas. CO2, CO, CH4, SO2 and NO are measured by the non-dispersion infrared method (NDIR), while O2 is measured by the paramagnetic or zirconia method. A maximum of 4 components including O2 (max. 3 components except for O2 measurement) are simultaneously measurable.

A high-sensitivity mass flow sensor is adopted in the detection block for the infrared method. Due to use of a single beam system for measurement, maintenance is easy and excellent stability is ensured for a long period of time. In addition, a microprocessor is built in and a large-size liquid crystal display is provided for easier operation, higher accuracy and more functions.

This analyzer is thus optimum for combustion control of various industrial furnaces, botanical study and global atmospheric research.

Features

* Simultaneous measurement of up to 4 components including O2 and 3 components selected from among CO2, CO, CH4, SO2, and NO.
* A unique optics system minimizes drift particularly due to contamination of measurement cell, ensuring excellent long-term stability.
* The dual cell type of transmission detector minimizes interference from other gas components.
* Single beam system allows for simple measurement unit construction and requires no adjustment of optical balance, resulting in low maintenance.
* Large LCD provides easy interactive operation.
* Highly precise zero/span calibration and automatic calibration are available. Self-diagnostic function detects abnormality and displays an error massage.

Applications

1. Combustion control of various industrial furnaces
2. Botanical study
3. Global atmospheric research
